I love the simplicity of the interface, and the quotes you picked are just challenging enough (not to many contractions or single letter words to make it easy). One thing though, in one the problems I tried, the letter R was the same letter in the answer as well. You should fix stuff like that. Great work overall.

A nice update of the old idea. I loved the squishy sounds for the flying condoms. But a score board, or some tally to let you know when the next level is coming would improve it alot.

With animation like this, a story-free flash might be perfectly fine. Just expand on the current backdrop, maybe put in some buildings they could throw each other off of, stuff like that.

The changed perspective of the protagonists was fantastic and well choreographed. Frankly, just put more of them in and you'll have an awesome flash.
